The teachers find it difficult to assess the student responses and opinions using traditional methods. However, there is now an ICT device (information and communication technology) interactive voting system used to survey the student about a subject topic, or receive instant response during lessons.
Interactive voting systems promotes interaction between teachers and students by conducting opinion poll. Interactive voting system assists students in their education through entertaining and interactive manner. Teacher gets individual feedback about the topic, gather information for reporting and analysis of student using interactive voting system. The reports can be exported to computer in file formats like excel, PDF, HTML etc.
It has also been observed that the interactive voting system help learners in enhancing alertness and information remembrance for a longer time period during session. There has been growing trend in the use of the interactive voting system across the globe.
